When a fee earner is unsure how to record time, fix a flagged entry or review a bill, Outcomer shows each step on their screen. The steps come from your firm's own procedures, so time and bills go through right first time.

We check every step works before your staff see it.
Outcomer isn’t a library of ready-made Aderant guides. We build your guides from your own procedures, on your own Aderant set-up, and test each one before your staff use it.
Your fee earners and finance staff get the answer on screen, in Aderant and the systems around it, instead of interrupting a colleague or raising a ticket.
Fee earners learn Aderant and iTimekeep in training, but the real questions come when an entry is rejected or a bill is due. Outcomer answers them on screen while they work, using your firm's own procedures.
General answers for the standard product. Your own set-up may differ, and that’s what Outcomer follows.
Aderant's iTimekeep app lets you enter time from an iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch, and it connects to your firm's billing system. Whether the app is available to you depends on your firm, so your set-up may differ.
Yes. The iTimekeep mobile app lets you colour-code timers so you can tell tasks apart at a glance. On the desktop, timers float on screen so you can capture work as it happens.
Yes. iTimekeep lets you enter start and end times and works out the duration for the time entry. Your firm's rounding rules still apply.
iTimekeep can check entries against your firm's and your client's billing rules as you type, using rule-based and AI checks. A warning usually means the entry breaks one of those rules, for example on narrative or task codes. The rules are set by your firm, so your set-up may differ.
Aderant says iTimekeep's offline support lets you review, reject and edit entries from anywhere. Check with your firm how and when offline changes reach the billing system, as your set-up may differ.
Yes, if your firm uses iTimekeep for Outlook. It lets you turn emails and calendar events into time entries without leaving Outlook. Check the matter and narrative before you release the entry.
iTimekeep can let assistants enter time on a timekeeper's behalf. Your firm decides who can act as a delegate, so ask your time or billing team to set it up. Your set-up may differ.
There is unbilled work in progress on the matter that is not on the prebill. Open the prebill and check the banner at the top to see which entries are available, and gather them if they should be billed. Close the banner to clear the warning. Your set-up may differ.
The entry's value needs recalculating, often after rates or hours have changed. Open the prebill, select the flagged entries and revalue them, choosing the option to keep any edits to billed hours if you have changed them. A time entry showing zero usually needs revaluing too. Your set-up may differ.
If the bill has been edited since it was last prepared, prepare it again and post it after a successful prepare. Posting is done from the prebill list, not from prepared documents. If warnings remain after you have dealt with them, run the rule check again. Your set-up may differ.
A bill cannot be reversed while a matter on it has credits. If a payment has been applied, accounts receivable must reverse it first; a write-off or a billed negative disbursement also has to be removed. Ask your finance team, as your set-up may differ.
If your fee earners and finance staff ask questions like these every week, Outcomer answers them on their own screen, using your own Aderant set-up and procedures.
See which Aderant tasks staff ask about most, which procedure answered each question, and whether it was finished or passed to your support desk. Your IT team can export it at any time.
Outcomer never reads, uses or keeps the data in your systems. It finds each box and button by its label, never what’s typed in it, takes no screenshots, and works from your procedures, not your records.
