Fee earners and assistants save, version and file emails in NetDocuments every day. When they are unsure of a step, Outcomer shows it on their screen, the way your firm does it.
Book a 10-minute demoAfter the demo, we’ll set up your department free of charge. A small trial confirms it’s accurate, then a larger trial measures the drop in support queries.
We check every step works before your staff see it.
Outcomer isn’t a library of ready-made NetDocuments guides. We build your guides from your own procedures, on your own NetDocuments set-up, and test each one before your staff use it.
Your fee earners and assistants get the answer on screen, in NetDocuments and the systems around it, instead of interrupting a colleague or raising a ticket.
Training covers NetDocuments once. Outcomer answers the questions that come up afterwards, while a fee earner is saving, versioning or filing.
General answers for the standard product. Your own set-up may differ, and that’s what Outcomer follows.
With ndMail, a filing panel suggests matter locations based on similar emails filed before. Tick the location to file the email; if it isn't listed, type to search for it. Your set-up may differ.
A blue tick appears next to emails already stored in NetDocuments. Colleagues see the same tick, so only one person needs to file a shared email.
Yes, if your firm has turned it on. You can be prompted to choose a filing location for outgoing emails, and the email is filed when it is sent.
Yes. An Outlook folder can be mapped to a NetDocuments location. Emails you move into a mapped folder are filed to that location.
Drag the file onto the ndOffice Activity Center, or right-click it in File Explorer and choose Save to NetDocuments. Then choose the workspace and fill in the profile.
In the ndOffice Activity Center, right-click the document in your recent or favourite documents. The menu includes options to open it as a new version or as a new document.
ndOffice alerts you when you try to open or attach an older or unofficial version. It offers you the latest or official version instead.
Run a search for documents checked out by you. You can also look in Recent Documents or the ndOffice Activity Center, and check them in from there. Your set-up may differ.
When you reconnect, ndOffice checks the document in and uploads it. If someone changed the online copy meanwhile, both versions are kept and you are told about the conflict.
If your fee earners and assistants ask questions like these every week, Outcomer answers them on their own screen, using your own NetDocuments set-up and procedures.
See which NetDocuments tasks staff ask about most, which procedure answered each question, and whether it was finished or passed to your support desk. Your IT team can export it at any time.
Outcomer never reads, uses or keeps the data in your systems. It finds each box and button by its label, never what’s typed in it, takes no screenshots, and works from your procedures, not your records.
