CargoWise runs the shipment file, from documents to milestones and tasks. Outcomer shows your operators each step of your own forwarding procedure, on screen, as they work.
Book a 10-minute demoAfter the demo, we’ll set up your department free of charge. A small trial confirms it’s accurate, then a larger trial measures the drop in support queries.
We check every step works before your staff see it.
Outcomer isn’t a library of ready-made CargoWise guides. We build your guides from your own procedures, on your own CargoWise set-up, and test each one before your staff use it.
Your freight forwarding operators get the answer on screen, in CargoWise and the systems around it, instead of interrupting a colleague or raising a ticket.
Training covers the basics. When a question comes up later, Outcomer answers it inside CargoWise, from your own procedures, while your freight forwarding operators work.
General answers for the standard product. Your own set-up may differ, and that’s what Outcomer follows.
Click the add eDocs button, then paste or drag the files into the eDocs field that opens.
CargoWise can add the document types a shipment needs to its eDocs tab automatically. If there are several records for one type, it can apply the most suitable set. Your set-up may differ.
Yes. Outside parties can add files to eDocs through a web portal. CargoWise notifies you when new content is added, for example an updated commercial invoice or packing list.
Access to files can be restricted by company, branch or department. If you need a document you can't see, ask your CargoWise administrator.
Notes can be set to appear only once certain steps are completed. One example is printing special handling requirements on a Cartage Advice.
Workflow can automate requests for documents that haven't arrived on time, and can send attached documents automatically at set times. Whether this is switched on depends on your set-up.
Workflow templates can control which fields appear based on shipment type, mode, direction or client, so each file shows only what is relevant. Custom fields can also be added to a template.
Tasks can carry expected completion times, and automations can escalate or notify staff when a deadline is close or has been missed.
A red bell marks an active milestone that is running late. The exception dashboard tracks current and past overdue milestones.
A milestone can be set to be visible to shippers or kept internal. Your set-up decides which ones are shared.
If your freight forwarding operators ask questions like these every week, Outcomer answers them on their own screen, using your own CargoWise set-up and procedures.
See which CargoWise tasks staff ask about most, which procedure answered each question, and whether it was finished or passed to your support desk. Your IT team can export it at any time.
Outcomer never reads, uses or keeps the data in your systems. It finds each box and button by its label, never what’s typed in it, takes no screenshots, and works from your procedures, not your records.
