Your examiners still decide the claim.
We prepare the requirement set they work against.
Today, much of that preparation still sits with the examiner.
Before judgement begins, Outcomer identifies every statutory, regulatory and internal requirement engaged by the claim,
checks each one against the file, and produces a Case Orientation Report.
It can be run at the beginning, and again whenever the claim is updated,
to orientate the examiner.
Your examiner opens the report, not a raw file —
an estimated 42–44% less time on each claim, given back to judgement.
Your team not listed? If you review claims against written requirements and standards, we can configure Outcomer for you.
The scheme claims manuals are published and bind every agent working the scheme — one requirement set serves the whole panel.
The state workers’ compensation and motor injury Acts, the scheme claims manuals published by the regulators, and your own handling standards. Loaded under NDA. Your standards sit in your own configuration only. Nothing derived from them enters the shared regulatory corpus, and no other client’s configuration can draw on them.
Maintenance is agreed at the same time — we monitor the instruments, decompose any change, you sign it off, and it applies from the effective date. Requirements are date-gated, so a claim from 2021 is examined against the rules as they stood in 2021.
