What the twenty minutes covers

Three things, in this order.

  1. A Case Orientation Report, in full. Produced against a published decision, so there is nothing to sign and no data to share before you see what it produces.
  2. How it would be configured to you. The statutory matrix and your own handling standards, how each is signed off, and how the set is maintained as requirements change.
  3. The capacity estimate, against your numbers. We show the task decomposition behind our figure and ask you which timings are wrong. Your figure, not ours, is the one worth having.

If it is obviously not for you after ten minutes, say so and we will stop. A page that lets you decide quickly is doing its job.
