Outcomer’s founding directors previously built, ran and commercially supported a business technology platform for 25 years, serving more than 25,000 commercial customers over that period. That is the record behind Outcomer: two decades of operating software in live business environments, and of introducing technology into established processes without disrupting them.

Outcomer’s regulatory corpus, requirement-decomposition engine and Case Orientation Report (COR) were built by that team, and the company is directed and operated by them today.

1. Configured to your requirements.The public instruments and your own rules are decomposed into a requirement set for your workflow, and a named person on your side signs it off before anything runs.
2. Measured before any commitment.Results are measured against your own baseline, on your own historic files, before you decide anything.
3. Your data, where you choose.Run Outcomer in your own environment and your data never reaches us, or have us host it under a written data agreement. Your own rules sit in your configuration only; nothing derived from them enters the shared regulatory corpus, and no other client’s configuration can draw on them.
