Staff use SuccessFactors for time off, reviews, goals and learning, often a few times a year. When they forget a step, Outcomer shows it on their screen, following your own HR procedures.
Book a 10-minute demoAfter the demo, we’ll set up your department free of charge. A small trial confirms it’s accurate, then a larger trial measures the drop in support queries.
We check every step works before your staff see it.
Outcomer isn’t a library of ready-made SuccessFactors guides. We build your guides from your own procedures, on your own SuccessFactors set-up, and test each one before your staff use it.
Your employees and managers get the answer on screen, in SuccessFactors and the systems around it, instead of interrupting a colleague or raising a ticket.
Most SuccessFactors tasks come round once or twice a year, long after training. Outcomer answers the questions at that moment, on the staff member's screen.
General answers for the standard product. Your own set-up may differ, and that’s what Outcomer follows.
Open Time Off and choose New Absence, or use the Request Time Off quick action. Pick the time type, enter the start and end dates and the hours, add a comment if needed and submit. The request goes to your manager. Your set-up may differ.
A common reason is that your balance for that time type is too low on the date you submit. Check your balance on the Time Off page. If it looks wrong, ask your HR team.
Open the request from the calendar or from Upcoming Time Off and choose to edit it. Change the details, or choose Cancel Request and confirm. If the original was already approved, the change or cancellation goes to your manager for approval.
The time types you can book come from the time profile on your job record. If your profile has changed, you can no longer request or change absences for time types that are not in it. Ask HR to check your job information.
Pending items appear under Approvals on the home page; choose View All to see them one by one. Open a request to see the details and team calendar, then approve or decline. You can add a comment first. Your set-up may differ.
Open Goals from the menu, or the Manage My Goals quick action if it is turned on. Check the goal plan selector shows the right plan, then choose Create Goal and create it from scratch, copy it from another plan or pick from the library. The options you see depend on your goal plan set-up.
You can only edit a form while it is in your Inbox. Forms in En Route have been sent to someone else, and forms in Completed are finished; both are read-only. The route map at the top of the form shows which step it is on.
Open My Learning from the home page. Your assignments are listed there; to add a course yourself, search or browse the library and assign it. Online courses launch from the item; for classroom courses, register for an available class.
If your employees and managers ask questions like these every week, Outcomer answers them on their own screen, using your own SuccessFactors set-up and procedures.
See which SuccessFactors tasks staff ask about most, which procedure answered each question, and whether it was finished or passed to your support desk. Your IT team can export it at any time.
Outcomer never reads, uses or keeps the data in your systems. It finds each box and button by its label, never what’s typed in it, takes no screenshots, and works from your procedures, not your records.
