The details

Data hosting: Trials run on our UK and EU hosting (London and Ireland). For a contract, Outcomer is set up in the region you choose: UK, EU, US or Australia, and on request we can set this up for your trial. Your knowledge base, questions and task records are stored there.
AI processing: Only how-to questions that have passed the check on the computer, and your system's screen, button, menu and field names, are sent, never the data entered in them. None of it is used to train AI models. For a contract, AI processing runs in your hosting region.
Question check: A question is sent only if every word is an ordinary word or one of your own system, screen or field names. Anything else, such as a client name, account or reference number, email address, phone number or postcode, stops the question on the computer: nothing is sent, and the person is asked to rephrase it.
Records kept: Nothing staff type is stored. Outcomer keeps only which task each question matched and, if you switch on the training record, the name of each task a person completed and when.
Chatbot handover: If your chatbot hands a how-to question to Outcomer, it sends only the user's work email, the question and the system name. Outcomer returns whether the task was completed. No conversation history is shared.

Deployment: A desktop app and browser extension, managed by your IT team and limited to the systems you approve. Outcomer moves between desktop and web applications as a task requires.
