Onvio holds your clients' documents, portal access and time. Outcomer shows your accountants each step of your firm's own procedure, on screen, while they work.
Book a 10-minute demoAfter the demo, we’ll set up your department free of charge. A small trial confirms it’s accurate, then a larger trial measures the drop in support queries.
We check every step works before your staff see it.
Outcomer isn’t a library of ready-made Onvio guides. We build your guides from your own procedures, on your own Onvio set-up, and test each one before your staff use it.
Your accountants get the answer on screen, in Onvio and the systems around it, instead of interrupting a colleague or raising a ticket.
Training covers the basics. When a question comes up later, Outcomer answers it inside Onvio, from your own procedures, while your accountants work.
General answers for the standard product. Your own set-up may differ, and that’s what Outcomer follows.
Edit the client or contact from Setup, check they have an email address, then turn on Client Center on the Client Center Access tab. Choose to send the invitation now or later, and save. You can only do one contact at a time.
The switch only shows when the contact's entity type is Individual and a primary email address is entered. For a business client, add an individual contact as a relationship, because portal users see documents through that link.
Edit the client from Setup and open the Client Center Access tab. It shows their registration status. Show Details gives the email address and the date the invitation was sent, and you can send it again from there.
In Client Documents, tick the folder, then choose Manage and Share Folder. Pick the contacts and give each a sharing role. Clients see the files you share, not your folder structure, and they can't share files on.
Onvio notifies the partner, manager or associate assigned to that client. If no one is assigned, the firm administrator is notified. Your set-up may differ.
Go to Documents, then Communications, and add a Document Request. Choose the client and recipient, how to send it, and the folder for uploads. Describe what you need or pick a template, set the dates and send.
No. The recipient gets an email with a link to upload the files. If you send the request through Client Center and they aren't registered, they are invited to register first.
In Communications, add an Approval Request. You can send it to up to four recipients and attach up to ten documents. The client can approve or reject each file, and you can track progress on the Communications page.
Onvio locks documents automatically when you send them for approval. To unlock one, go to Client Documents, choose Manage, then Unlock.
It can happen if a password reset wasn't finished, or because of the browser. Finish the reset from the sign-in screen, or try another browser and clear its cache. Turning the person's Onvio access off and on sends a fresh registration email.
The reset only sends to the address that received the registration email, and it doesn't warn if the address is wrong. Ask them to check spam, add Onvio to safe senders and try again with the registered address. If MFA is involved, your firm decides whether it is required.
Go to Time & Billing, then Time & Expenses, and use the Entry tab in grid or form view. Pick the client, activity and rate, then enter the hours. Projects and services are optional unless your firm requires them.
If your accountants ask questions like these every week, Outcomer answers them on their own screen, using your own Onvio set-up and procedures.
See which Onvio tasks staff ask about most, which procedure answered each question, and whether it was finished or passed to your support desk. Your IT team can export it at any time.
Outcomer never reads, uses or keeps the data in your systems. It finds each box and button by its label, never what’s typed in it, takes no screenshots, and works from your procedures, not your records.
