When a fee earner or intake team member is unsure how to open a matter, add a party or release time, Outcomer shows each step on their screen. The steps come from your firm's own procedures, so requests go through right first time.

We check every step works before your staff see it.
Outcomer isn’t a library of ready-made Intapp guides. We build your guides from your own procedures, on your own Intapp set-up, and test each one before your staff use it.
Your fee earners and business intake teams get the answer on screen, in Intapp and the systems around it, instead of interrupting a colleague or raising a ticket.
Fee earners and intake teams learn Intapp in training, but the real questions come when a new client calls or time is due. Outcomer answers them on screen while they work, using your firm's own procedures.
General answers for the standard product. Your own set-up may differ, and that’s what Outcomer follows.
Start a new request and choose the option for adding parties to a matter, then select the client and matter. Check the existing parties first, explain what has changed, and enter the new party's full legal name, type, role and address. Attach any waivers, then submit; the conflict search runs on the new party and you get a confirmation email. The request types are set up by your firm, so your set-up may differ.
Yes. The Intapp Time mobile app lets you release entries from your device, as well as start and stop timers. Whether you have the app depends on your firm, so your set-up may differ.
Your firm can limit how far into the past or the future you can release time, and the mobile app follows the same limits as the desktop. If an entry is outside those limits, ask your time or billing team what to do.
Type a narrative code and follow it with a space, semicolon, comma or full stop, and Intapp Time expands it into the full text. The codes available to you are set up by your firm.
Yes. Intapp Time lets you edit the narrative on a converted time entry, on mobile as well as on the desktop. Check it before you release the entry.
Usually not. Once a request has been sent to the responsible partner to confirm and sign, it can no longer be edited. Share or print it for checking before you submit. If something must change, ask your conflicts team, who can send it back to you. Your set-up may differ.
You can only see requests you started, were asked to review, or that someone has shared with you. Ask the person who raised it to share it with you, then search for it by its request number. Your set-up may differ.
Sharing gives someone access to the request while you keep your own rights and responsibilities. Delegating hands those rights and responsibilities to them, for example while you are on holiday. Your set-up may differ.
This appears when you have filled in a table-style question on the form but not clicked Add. Click Add after each row you enter, and the message will not come back.
The Intapp mobile app lets you create, approve, share and delegate intake requests, and run quick conflicts searches. You can also add comments, answer queries and attach files. Whether you have the app depends on your firm, so your set-up may differ.
Yes. Intapp Open lets users set an out-of-office delegation so someone else can act on their requests while they are away. Some steps, such as a partner's own sign-off, may not be delegable under your firm's process, so your set-up may differ.
If your fee earners and business intake teams ask questions like these every week, Outcomer answers them on their own screen, using your own Intapp set-up and procedures.
See which Intapp tasks staff ask about most, which procedure answered each question, and whether it was finished or passed to your support desk. Your IT team can export it at any time.
Outcomer never reads, uses or keeps the data in your systems. It finds each box and button by its label, never what’s typed in it, takes no screenshots, and works from your procedures, not your records.
