nCino holds the loan file, from spreads and covenants to documents and approvals. Outcomer shows your bankers and credit analysts each step of your own lending procedure, on screen, while they work.
Book a 10-minute demoAfter the demo, we’ll set up your department free of charge. A small trial confirms it’s accurate, then a larger trial measures the drop in support queries.
We check every step works before your staff see it.
Outcomer isn’t a library of ready-made nCino guides. We build your guides from your own procedures, on your own nCino set-up, and test each one before your staff use it.
Your bankers and credit analysts get the answer on screen, in nCino and the systems around it, instead of interrupting a colleague or raising a ticket.
Training covers the basics. When a question comes up later, Outcomer answers it inside nCino, from your own procedures, while your bankers and credit analysts work.

Administrators can limit who sees each placeholder by viewer group, role or profile. Loan officers can also add or remove visibility on individual placeholders. If a placeholder you need is hidden, ask your nCino administrator. Your set-up may differ.

During a renewal or modification, the original loan's pledges stay Active until the change is booked. Once it is booked, the old pledges become Inactive and the new loan's pledges become Active. If the renewal is rejected, the original pledges stay Active.
In nCino's newer Covenant Management, compliance records are created as soon as a covenant becomes Active. The classic version created them shortly before the next evaluation date. Reports may need a filter, for example items due in the next 30 days. Your set-up may differ.
In nCino Mortgage, an uploaded document is sent to Encompass straight away, or after review if your company requires approval first. It will not import while anyone has the loan open. nCino keeps retrying, every 5 minutes at first and then every 30 minutes for up to 7 more days, so ask colleagues to close the loan.
By default they go to the Unassigned folder in the Encompass File Manager. Your company can send them to a set eFolder placeholder instead, and set different locations for some document types. Your set-up may differ.
On the loan's overview page, open Letters to create the letter. From the Loans tab you can also use the three-dot menu and choose to send a pre-qualification letter. The letters you can issue depend on your set-up.
On the loan's overview page, open Tasks and tap New task. Choose a document task, pick the document type and request it from the borrower. You can also upload a file yourself to complete the task.
Yes. In the nCino Mortgage app you can view, reject, delete or rename documents a borrower has uploaded to a task.
If your bankers and credit analysts ask questions like these every week, Outcomer answers them on their own screen, using your own nCino set-up and procedures.
See which nCino tasks staff ask about most, which procedure answered each question, and whether it was finished or passed to your support desk. Your IT team can export it at any time.
Outcomer never reads, uses or keeps the data in your systems. It finds each box and button by its label, never what’s typed in it, takes no screenshots, and works from your procedures, not your records.
