Recruiters can ask how to do a task in AviontéBOLD and see each step on their own screen. The steps follow your agency's procedures and set-up, not a generic manual.
Book a 10-minute demoAfter the demo, we’ll set up your department free of charge. A small trial confirms it’s accurate, then a larger trial measures the drop in support queries.
We check every step works before your staff see it.
Outcomer isn’t a library of ready-made Avionté guides. We build your guides from your own procedures, on your own Avionté set-up, and test each one before your staff use it.
Your recruiters get the answer on screen, in Avionté and the systems around it, instead of interrupting a colleague or raising a ticket.
Training covers the basics, but questions come up mid-task. Outcomer answers them while your recruiters work in Avionté, using your own procedures.
General answers for the standard product. Your own set-up may differ, and that’s what Outcomer follows.
From the Applicants/Talent tab, use Import Resume to upload or drag in the CV file. Avionté parses it, you confirm the details, add any tags and click Submit. Import Text also parses pasted CV text, but it does not attach a CV document to the profile.
The Pipeline tracks your team's internal screening stages before you nominate a candidate to the client. Each job has its own Pipeline section, where recruiters and account managers review possible submittals. Your pipeline stages are set up by your agency, so your set-up may differ.
Click the green person icon to add the candidate to the Nominated section. In the flyout that opens, check Pay / Salary and Bill / Fee, pick the recruiter and source, and tick Send Email if the hiring manager should get an email. Then click Nominate. Nominating from the candidate's profile lets you submit them to several jobs at once.
No. Pay and bill rates entered during nomination are not included in the email to the hiring manager. They are stored on the job and in the candidate's job activities for your team.
The recruiter defaults to the person who nominated the candidate. To change it, go to the job's Talent Screen, find the submitted candidate, click the current recruiter's name and pick the right recruiter from the list.
The original nomination record for that candidate on that job is blocking the new one. Delete that nomination record, not the Declined entry in the candidate's Activity log. Once the nomination record is removed, you can nominate the candidate again.
Once the candidate is in the Nominated section, open the job's Talent Screen and click the green checkmark. The Start on Job flyout opens with details filled in from the job. Review and adjust them, then save. You can also start talent from their profile or start several at once.
Avionté checks the talent against the job's requirements before it allows a start. If something is missing, it tells you which requirement has not been met. Your agency sets these requirements, so your set-up may differ.
Select the talent from a search, saved search or tearsheet, click Mass Actions and then Mass Onboard. Choose the onboarding packets or tasks to send and click Send. Each talent must have a user account first, or they cannot receive onboarding tasks.
When you send tasks to several talent at once, Avionté processes them in the background, so they may not appear on the profile straight away. You can keep working while they go out. Tasks sent to a single talent are sent immediately.
Go to the talent's record, open the Placement sub tab and click the Edit icon in the Hired Details widget. Enter the End Date, choose an End Reason and click Save. Editing an active contract may need a user with the right permissions, such as a Finance Admin, so your set-up may differ.
Open the Analyze tab, type DUPLICATE in Search Reports and open the Duplicate Talent Report. It finds possible duplicates by matching Social Security Number, email address or mobile number, and you choose which match to use.
If your recruiters ask questions like these every week, Outcomer answers them on their own screen, using your own Avionté set-up and procedures.
See which Avionté tasks staff ask about most, which procedure answered each question, and whether it was finished or passed to your support desk. Your IT team can export it at any time.
Outcomer never reads, uses or keeps the data in your systems. It finds each box and button by its label, never what’s typed in it, takes no screenshots, and works from your procedures, not your records.
