Temenos runs core banking and account opening at many banks. Outcomer shows your operations staff each step of your own procedure in Temenos, on screen, as they work.
Book a 10-minute demoAfter the demo, we’ll set up your department free of charge. A small trial confirms it’s accurate, then a larger trial measures the drop in support queries.
We check every step works before your staff see it.
Outcomer isn’t a library of ready-made Temenos guides. We build your guides from your own procedures, on your own Temenos set-up, and test each one before your staff use it.
Your bank operations staff get the answer on screen, in Temenos and the systems around it, instead of interrupting a colleague or raising a ticket.
Training covers the basics. When a question comes up later, Outcomer answers it inside Temenos, from your own procedures, while your bank operations staff work.
General answers for the standard product. Your own set-up may differ, and that’s what Outcomer follows.
Open the Review space from the navigation menu. Point at the task and click Claim, or open the task and click Claim on the Details screen. Your Workspaces ID then shows as the assignee.
You can only claim a task that is unassigned. If someone already has it, a user with access to the Manage space must unassign it first. You can only claim tasks for yourself; assigning them to others needs Manage space access.
Click Release on the task, or the Release button on the Details screen. The task goes back to the unassigned pool for someone else to claim.
Click Decision in the Action panel, choose an option from Choose a Decision, add a note to support it and click Submit. The options you see depend on how your bank has set up the journey.
Yes. In the Decision window, click Save instead of Submit. When you reopen Decision, your choice is kept, so you can update the note and submit.
With access to the Manage space, use Reassign to move a task straight to another user. You don't need to unassign it first. Unassign clears the assignee altogether.
Open the task in the Document Requests space. The Details screen shows a checklist of required documents with an upload status for each, plus the notes and emails sent to the applicant.
Open the menu from the icon in the top corner and type in the search box. The menu filters to options containing what you typed. Clear the box to see the full menu again.
If you have more than one role, click the person icon to open role selection. It shows your current role and lets you choose another. The menu lists the applications linked to your current role.
Temenos Explorer keeps settings such as language, date format and number format in your browser on that device. On a new computer or browser, set them again from the cog icon and click Save.
Yes. The browser address changes as you move around, so a bookmark takes you back to the same place later.
If your bank operations staff ask questions like these every week, Outcomer answers them on their own screen, using your own Temenos set-up and procedures.
See which Temenos tasks staff ask about most, which procedure answered each question, and whether it was finished or passed to your support desk. Your IT team can export it at any time.
Outcomer never reads, uses or keeps the data in your systems. It finds each box and button by its label, never what’s typed in it, takes no screenshots, and works from your procedures, not your records.
