Your employees and approvers can ask how to do a task in SAP Concur and see each step on their own screen. The steps follow your own procedures and set-up, not a generic manual.
Book a 10-minute demoAfter the demo, we’ll set up your department free of charge. A small trial confirms it’s accurate, then a larger trial measures the drop in support queries.
We check every step works before your staff see it.
Outcomer isn’t a library of ready-made SAP Concur guides. We build your guides from your own procedures, on your own SAP Concur set-up, and test each one before your staff use it.
Your employees and approvers get the answer on screen, in SAP Concur and the systems around it, instead of interrupting a colleague or raising a ticket.
Training covers the basics, but questions come up mid-task. Outcomer answers them while your employees and approvers work in SAP Concur, using your own procedures.
General answers for the standard product. Your own set-up may differ, and that’s what Outcomer follows.
Open the Expense tab, click the report and click Recall, then confirm with Yes. You can then correct and resubmit it, or delete it. You or your delegate can recall a report at any point before its status is Pending Payment. Recalling resets the report's workflow and adds an entry to its audit trail.
Report Recall is a feature your company has to switch on. If the Recall button isn't there, ask your approver or the expense processor to send the report back to you. You also can't recall a report once it reaches Pending Payment.
Complete the hotel expense, then click Itemize. On the Nightly Lodging Expenses tab, enter the check-out date, the nightly room rate, room taxes and any other charges that recur each night, then save. Itemise anything left over, such as a meal, to the matching expense type until the Remaining Amount is zero.
Nightly itemisation assumes the same charges every night. Enter the rate and taxes that applied on most nights and save. Then open each night that was different, adjust its amount and save, until the remaining amount is zero.
Open the report and click Attach Receipt on the expense line, then Upload New Receipt and choose the file. Files can be PNG, JPG, PDF or TIF, up to 5 MB. You can also upload to Available Receipts first and attach the image later.
If your company allows it, you can add a Missing Receipt Declaration instead. In the mobile app, open the expense, tap Add Receipt, choose Missing Receipt Declaration and accept the disclaimer. If the option isn't offered, your company may not use it. Check your expenses policy.
It only appears on expenses that need a receipt. Only the owner of the report can use it, so delegates and proxies won't see it. If both of those apply and you still can't see it, your company hasn't switched it on, so contact your expenses administrator.
Add a new expense and choose Personal Car Mileage (your company may call it Mileage or similar). Use the Mileage Calculator to enter your start and end addresses, choosing round trip if needed. Add the date and business purpose, then save. Your set-up may differ.
Card transactions take on average three business days to reach Available Expenses, so it may not have arrived yet. The card also has to be assigned to your profile. If it isn't, contact your card administrator.
Go to Profile, then Profile Settings, then Expense Delegates. From there you can add or remove a delegate and choose what they are allowed to do on your behalf.
Open the Approvals tab and click the report. Check each expense and its receipts, then click Approve. Depending on your company's set-up, you can also send it back to the employee to change, or approve and forward it to another approver.
If your employees and approvers ask questions like these every week, Outcomer answers them on their own screen, using your own SAP Concur set-up and procedures.
See which SAP Concur tasks staff ask about most, which procedure answered each question, and whether it was finished or passed to your support desk. Your IT team can export it at any time.
Outcomer never reads, uses or keeps the data in your systems. It finds each box and button by its label, never what’s typed in it, takes no screenshots, and works from your procedures, not your records.
