Oracle Health holds the patient's registration, insurance and appointments. Outcomer shows your registration and scheduling staff each step of your own procedures, on screen, as they work.
Book a 10-minute demoAfter the demo, we’ll set up your department free of charge. A small trial confirms it’s accurate, then a larger trial measures the drop in support queries.
We check every step works before your staff see it.
Outcomer isn’t a library of ready-made Oracle Health guides. We build your guides from your own procedures, on your own Oracle Health set-up, and test each one before your staff use it.
Your patient access staff get the answer on screen, in Oracle Health and the systems around it, instead of interrupting a colleague or raising a ticket.
Training covers the basics. When a question comes up later, Outcomer answers it inside Oracle Health, from your own procedures, while your patient access staff work.
General answers for the standard product. Your own set-up may differ, and that’s what Outcomer follows.
In Patient Tracking, find the patient and set the status to Arrived. This opens the check-in conversation, where you verify demographics and encounter details. Your set-up may differ.
After saving the registration details and scanning cards, go back to Patient Tracking and set the status to Check In. In that set-up this changes the patient from Arrived to Ready. Your set-up may differ.
Items marked with a red x need reviewing. Deal with them during check-in.
Choose the search field from the drop-down next to Patient Search, enter your criteria and click the magnifying glass. Add identifiers to narrow the results and check the Search Quality indicator. Use three patient identifiers before you register anyone new.
Click the Change Conversation icon, choose Modify Full Registration or Modify Patient Demographics, click the Modify pencil, make the changes and click Save.
The Images tab shows scanned registration items such as insurance cards and ID. At check-in, cards are added from the Add Images screen using Add to Person.
Open the Appointment Requests queue, right-click the patient's name and choose Complete Request or Add Appointment.
Open the Registration Edit Failure Queue under My Workflow. It lists registration or insurance errors flagged by billing and coding for practice staff to correct.
Open the chart and enter it on the Insurance tab. Insurance must be linked at both the person level and the encounter level.
If your patient access staff ask questions like these every week, Outcomer answers them on their own screen, using your own Oracle Health set-up and procedures.
See which Oracle Health tasks staff ask about most, which procedure answered each question, and whether it was finished or passed to your support desk. Your IT team can export it at any time.
Outcomer never reads, uses or keeps the data in your systems. It finds each box and button by its label, never what’s typed in it, takes no screenshots, and works from your procedures, not your records.
