Staff use Workday for leave, timesheets, expenses and approvals, often only a few times a year. When they forget a step, Outcomer shows it on their screen, following your own HR and finance procedures.
Book a 10-minute demoAfter the demo, we’ll set up your department free of charge. A small trial confirms it’s accurate, then a larger trial measures the drop in support queries.
We check every step works before your staff see it.
Outcomer isn’t a library of ready-made Workday guides. We build your guides from your own procedures, on your own Workday set-up, and test each one before your staff use it.
Your employees and managers get the answer on screen, in Workday and the systems around it, instead of interrupting a colleague or raising a ticket.
Workday training happens once, but leave, expenses and approvals come up all year. Outcomer answers those questions at the moment staff are in Workday.
General answers for the standard product. Your own set-up may differ, and that’s what Outcomer follows.
Open Request Absence, select the days on the calendar and choose Continue. Pick the absence type, check the hours (use Edit Individual Days to change them) and submit. The request goes to your manager. Absence types and labels depend on your set-up.
In the Absence app, choose Correct My Absence and click the entry on the calendar. Change the hours, or remove the row to cancel a day, then submit. The correction goes to your manager for approval. Your set-up may differ.
Send Back means the approver needs more information. The item returns to you with a reason, in your Workday tasks. Make the changes and resubmit; it goes back to the same approver.
Open your inbox's Archive and select the business process. On the Process tab, the Process History lists each step; steps still waiting are at the bottom. Remaining Process shows what is still to come.
Search for the Create Expense Report task and start a new report with a memo and date. On Expense Lines, choose Add, upload the receipt with Select Files, then pick the Expense Item and enter the amount. Add further lines the same way and submit. Your expense items will differ by organization.
Hours you enter show as Not Submitted until you submit them. Choose Review, check the Submit Time page and select Submit. Your manager is only notified when you submit.
In newer Workday releases, My Tasks replaces My Inbox as the place to act on business process tasks. You can filter tasks, save searches and approve several at once with Bulk Approve, if your set-up allows it.
Use Manage Delegations to choose a delegate and dates, and select what they can do, such as inbox tasks on your behalf. Submit it; your organization may require approval before it starts.
Go to Pay and find your payslips under Payments, choose the date, then View or Print. On mobile, open Pay, choose the payslip and use Get PDF. What you can see depends on your security set-up.
Open Payment Elections. Add the new account under Accounts, then edit your payment election to use it. Elections must cover 100% of your pay, and you can only remove the old account once no election uses it. Some changes need HR approval.
If your employees and managers ask questions like these every week, Outcomer answers them on their own screen, using your own Workday set-up and procedures.
See which Workday tasks staff ask about most, which procedure answered each question, and whether it was finished or passed to your support desk. Your IT team can export it at any time.
Outcomer never reads, uses or keeps the data in your systems. It finds each box and button by its label, never what’s typed in it, takes no screenshots, and works from your procedures, not your records.
