Staff use Oracle HCM for absences, payslips, personal details and approvals. When they are unsure of a step, Outcomer shows it on their screen, following your own HR procedures.
Book a 10-minute demoAfter the demo, we’ll set up your department free of charge. A small trial confirms it’s accurate, then a larger trial measures the drop in support queries.
We check every step works before your staff see it.
Outcomer isn’t a library of ready-made Oracle HCM guides. We build your guides from your own procedures, on your own Oracle HCM set-up, and test each one before your staff use it.
Your employees and managers get the answer on screen, in Oracle HCM and the systems around it, instead of interrupting a colleague or raising a ticket.
Training introduces Oracle HCM once. Outcomer answers the questions staff and managers have later, while they are booking leave, approving requests or updating details.
General answers for the standard product. Your own set-up may differ, and that’s what Outcomer follows.
Go to Me, Time and Absences, Add Absence. Choose the absence type and the start and end dates. If you have more than one job, pick the right one in Business Title. Then submit.
On My Team, open the menu next to the person and choose Existing Absences. Open the request with the pencil icon, choose Edit Entries to change dates, or Delete to cancel it. Your set-up may differ.
Open the request from Things to Finish on the home page. Choose Approve or Reject, add a comment and submit. To send it back for more detail, use Actions, Request Information, and say what you need.
Select Pay on the home page, then Payslips. Use the date filter to show older payslips, then click the payslip you want to open or save it.
First widen the date range; the list may only show recent months. Payslips from before your organization moved to Oracle may not have been brought across. Your set-up may differ, so ask payroll where older payslips are kept.
Go to Pay, then Payment Methods. Add the bank account first, then add or edit the payment method that uses it. If you split your pay, methods are paid in the order listed.
Go to Me, Personal Information. Use the Contact Info section to add or change your phone, email and address, then save. Some organizations route changes for approval; your set-up may differ.
Go to Me, Personal Information, Family and Emergency Contacts. Choose Add to create a contact, fill in the name, relationship and phone number, and submit. To change one, open the contact and use the pencil icon on the section.
Many journey tasks need you to open their link first, such as Go to application task or See document. Once you have done that, Done becomes available. Use Save as Draft to keep your progress without finishing.
If your employees and managers ask questions like these every week, Outcomer answers them on their own screen, using your own Oracle HCM set-up and procedures.
See which Oracle HCM tasks staff ask about most, which procedure answered each question, and whether it was finished or passed to your support desk. Your IT team can export it at any time.
Outcomer never reads, uses or keeps the data in your systems. It finds each box and button by its label, never what’s typed in it, takes no screenshots, and works from your procedures, not your records.
