Outcomer for Beeline

Your hiring managers ask how to do it in Beeline. Outcomer shows them.

Hiring managers and program office staff can ask how to do a task in Beeline and see each step on their own screen. The steps follow your organization's procedures and set-up, not a generic manual.

After the demo, we’ll set up your department free of charge. A small trial confirms it’s accurate, then a larger trial measures the drop in support queries.

How the free trial works

We check every step works before your staff see it.

Outcomer isn’t a library of ready-made Beeline guides. We build your guides from your own procedures, on your own Beeline set-up, and test each one before your staff use it.

Support questions

Questions your staff ask about Beeline

General answers for the standard product. Your own set-up may differ, and that’s what Outcomer follows.

How do I approve timesheets in Beeline?

In Beeline Classic, click "You have timesheets to approve" in your My To Do List to open Approval Central. Open a timesheet to check it, then click Approve, or Reject and add a reason. Approve All does not ask you to confirm, so check first. If you use the Hiring Manager Experience, approvals are in the Approvals app instead.

Can I approve straight from the email?

Yes. Open the approval email, check the details and click the Approve link. A new email opens; add any comments and click Send, and Beeline updates the workflow. To reject, or to see more information, use the link in the email to log in.

How do I approve a contractor's expenses?

Click "You have expenses to approve" in your My To Do List to open Approval Central. Open the expense to see the details and add a comment if needed. Then click Approve, or Reject with a reason.

How do I request a new contractor?

From your Beeline home screen, open the New menu and choose New Request. Start typing the job title and pick it from the list. Check the position contacts, complete the required fields marked with an asterisk, review the details and click Submit. Your organization's fields and approvals may differ.

Where do I see the candidates suppliers have submitted?

Click the new CVs alert in your My To Do list to open the Candidate Management Tool. Candidates are grouped by request. From there you can open each CV, see flags and the submitted rate, view notes and history, and use the calendar icon to manage interviews.

How do I extend a contractor's assignment?

Search for the assignment and click Extend. Tick Extend, enter the effective date and new end date, and click Next. Choose a reason, add a comment and pick a budget option, such as adjusting the budget automatically or entering an amount. Review the changes and click OK to send the extension for approval.

How do I end an assignment early?

Search for the assignment and open it. Choose Terminate/Cancel from the Assignment Menu, then select the termination type and reason and add a comment. Fill in any extra fields that appear, click Next to review, then click OK.

I'm going on leave. How do I let someone approve for me?

In the Hiring Manager Experience, click your avatar at the top right and choose Manage Preferences to set up delegates. Your delegate can then see the tasks you have delegated to them.

Why was I logged out of Beeline?

Sessions time out after a period set by your organization. A message warns you shortly before; if you don't extend the session, you are logged out of both the Hiring Manager Experience and Beeline Classic.

My account says it is inactive. Who can fix it?

Only the team that manages your Beeline access can reactivate it; Beeline Support cannot. For a hiring manager, that is usually your workforce administrator or program office, or your MSP contact if an MSP runs the programme. Tell them about any deadline, such as timesheets waiting for approval.

I didn't get my password reset email. What should I do?

Check your junk or spam folder and wait a few minutes. If it still hasn't arrived, select Forgot Password on the login page again and use the newest link straight away. If nothing arrives, ask your administrator to check the email address on your account.

Can I approve things on my phone?

Yes. The Hiring Manager Experience works in any supported web browser on a phone or tablet, with nothing to download. You can view time and expense approvals in its Approvals app.

If your hiring managers ask questions like these every week, Outcomer answers them on their own screen, using your own Beeline set-up and procedures.
